Production Process

The production process is divided into two phases: the wire drawing and the welding. The factory currently has five standard machines and one specially made for the production of mesh.

The wire drawing process consists in: Unwinding Cold rolling Winding and storage in Corrugados´ facilities until the beginning of the welding process.
The welding process consists in: Wires are joined lengthwise and transversally via an electric weld, creating the mesh.
	Once the mesh is created, it passes through the panel stacker, alternating up and down to reduce volume in each package. Once stacked, they are tied and stored to be sent out to the market.
